iPad One-to-one

Our vision is for Atwell students is to build well-rounded citizens with a passion for lifelong learning. To accomplish this vision we intend for our students to be engaged 21st Century learners who use technology as a tool for learning.

To achieve our vision the best model of teaching and learning where each student has their own device maximising the opportunity for them to be used. We selected iPad due to a combination of ease of use, familiarity, security, support and range of available software.

From 2021 students in Years 3 to 6 are required to supply an Apple iPad fo use in their studies. Information is provided to parents upon enrolment and at the end of Year 2.

As at Term 3 2020 the recommended iPad specification is the iPad 10.2-inch iPad Wi-Fi 128GB (current model). Please see the Parent Information Guide or One-to-one Policy for more information.
